Terms of Use

Effective December 28, 2026

ScribeXP is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few rules specific to ScribeXP. Dancing Pig Softworks LLC provides the app.

Your health comes first

ScribeXP is a motivation game, not medical, fitness, financial or mental-health advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise, sleep or diet routine. Skip any quest that isn't safe for you. XP is never worth an injury.

Subscriptions and purchases

ScribeXP Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple Account, with any free trial shown before you buy.
It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings.
Store items are one-time purchases that stay yours on any plan.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair play

Verified XP only means something if it's earned. Don't modify the app, fake sensor data, or use automation to complete quests or arcade runs. We may reset progress that comes from cheating once online features exist.

Virtual items

XP, levels, titles and items have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ScribeXP grows, and the effective date above will change when we do. Questions: support@scribexp.com.
