A quest didn't verify

• Apple Health quests: open Health > Sharing > Apps > ScribeXP and make sure Workouts, Steps and Sleep are on. Only data recorded by your iPhone or Apple Watch counts, not entries typed in by hand.
• Focus timer quests: the timer pauses when you leave the app, so keep ScribeXP open while you focus.
• Something else: in the app, go to Hero > Report a bug. It notes the screen you were on and never includes your photos or health data.

The Check in button is grayed out

Check-in opens at the time set in Quests > "Check-in opens at" and closes at 11:59 PM. A missed check-in can't be filled in later.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel ScribeXP Pro in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. To restore purchases on a new phone, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Moving to a new iPhone

Your progress lives on your device and moves with an iCloud or computer backup restore.
